Under the direction of the Store manager, this position if responsible for the operation of an R.P.O. within the 7-Eleven store. Volume of R.P.O. sales is less that $500,000 year.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school education plus 3 – 6 months experience as Senior Sales Assistant. In addition, all 7-Eleven pre-requisites under Store Team Development programs must be completed. Fully trained on all R.P.O. procedures.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/TRAVEL:
PHYSICAL EFFORT/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Required to bend, stretch, push, pull and lift packages of various weights (average maximum 66 lbs.)
INNOVATION:
Operate within a clearly defined structure. Training support staff etc.
DECISION MAKING/PROBLEM SOLVING/IMPACT:
Limited decision making & marginal problem solving required.
